# Moldova HiTech Park

> Moldova HiTech Park (MHTP) is Moldova's national advanced-technology and innovation district — a 50+ ha integrated campus in Stăuceni, Chișinău metropolitan area, connecting research, technology, talent and capital across six strategic verticals: HealthTech, DeepTech, AgriTech, Cybersecurity, EnergyTech and CreaTech.

Moldova HiTech Park is a national strategic project of the Republic of Moldova, operating under the oversight of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization (MDED). The campus is being developed as Moldova's leading hub for innovation, technology and education, with founding partners including the Public Property Agency (APP), the Chișinău and Stăuceni mayoralties, the Technical University of Moldova (UTM), the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy «Nicolae Testemițanu» (USMF), the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM), private-sector anchors and international development partners.

Core functions:
- Investment attraction (anchor tenants, real-estate, venture)
- Resident engagement (technology companies, startups, scale-ups)
- Research cooperation (universities, industry, international consortia)
- University–industry collaboration (triple- and quadruple-helix model)
- Innovation ecosystem development across six strategic verticals
