The people leading the Park

Former Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization of the Republic of Moldova. She brings extensive experience in building national platforms at the intersection of technology, innovation, investment and public policy, with a focus on deeptech, healthtech, AI, cybersecurity, university partnerships and investment-led economic growth.
Representing Invest Moldova Agency, she supports Moldova’s national efforts to attract investment, assist investors, promote exports and strengthen the country’s economic positioning. Her experience in investment promotion, startup ecosystem development, international partnerships and strategic economic communication makes her a key contributor to positioning Moldova HiTech Park as a competitive destination for technology-driven investment.
Representing Moldova Innovation Technology Park, she brings strong experience in ICT policy, digital transformation and the development of Moldova’s technology ecosystem. Her work in managing and growing the country’s flagship IT park makes her a relevant voice for Moldova HiTech Park’s ambition to connect companies, talent, public policy and advanced innovation infrastructure.
Representing Stăuceni City Hall, she brings the local authority perspective to the development of Moldova HiTech Park, ensuring alignment with community priorities, infrastructure planning and urban development. Her role is important in connecting the park’s national investment ambition with the local context of Stăuceni as the future host community of the campus.

Tatiana Novac
Representing Nicolae Testemițanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, she brings strong expertise in university governance, legal affairs, human resources and institutional integrity. Her experience in medical law, patient-rights research and academic administration supports Moldova HiTech Park’s ambition to build a credible MedTech ecosystem anchored in education, research and public-private collaboration.
Representing the Technical University of Moldova, he brings strong academic leadership and engineering education expertise to Moldova HiTech Park. His role in academic affairs and university governance supports the park’s ambition to connect advanced technology infrastructure with applied research, talent development and industry-ready education.
Representing Chișinău City Hall, he brings the municipal perspective on entrepreneurship support, local economic development and urban integration to Moldova HiTech Park. His experience in working with the business community helps connect the park’s investment and innovation agenda with Chișinău’s broader role as Moldova’s main economic, talent and infrastructure hub.
As Administrator of Moldova HiTech Park, Mr Uțică brings over 29 years of legal, regulatory and institutional development experience, with a strong track record in industrial and technology parks, business regulation and public-private development projects. His previous contribution to Moldova Innovation Technology Park, Cybercor, Mediacor and other innovation platforms makes him well placed to lead the operational setup of Moldova HiTech Park as a national infrastructure for investment, research and advanced technologies.
